If you're looking to stay away from the busy city center, this hotel's location is ideal. It is described as being a short walk away from the Palace of Culture, taking about 30 minutes. Previous guests mentioned that the rooms were well taken care of and clean, with functioning showers.
The hotel staff seems to lack knowledge and efficiency. They struggled with English communication, making it difficult for guests to get the necessary assistance.

The hotel is near Vitasha street, you can go in the center by feet walkin throu a beutiful park.
The rooms are near a public swimming pool, very noisy sometimes... The walls are very thin, so you hear musics and voices from other rooms. One day internet not connected

Located near a sports center and the Palace of Culture, the hotel offered nice rooms and a decent shower during my Christmas stay. the area around the hotel was well-lit and felt safe to walk around after dark.
The hotel staff was unhelpful and barely spoke any English, making communication difficult. The hotel also falsely advertised amenities such as a pool, which was actually off-limits to guests.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Sofia that had a great location near the city center. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and included all the amenities I needed, including a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom. the hotel was located in a safe and convenient area, close to many local attractions and public transportation options.
There were a few downsides to my stay at this hotel. The breakfast was mediocre at best, and the internet connection was spotty and unreliable.
